Hi, I’m Brenda.

My dad has been a writer all of his life.

I told him I had an idea for a series of novels starring L C Davenport. She starts out as an innocent young nanny who is launched into a career as a professional homewrecker in sheer self defense.

With a dangerous serial killer stalking her at every step.

He agreed it was a great idea.

So now I am writing the series and he is teaching me everything he knows.

Together we hope to write a series of novels that will have readers clamoring for more.

The First Novel

Fresh out of high school a middle class young woman named L C Davenport lands a job as a nanny to a little girl she falls in love with and finds a fiancee with a bright future ahead of him.

Then, with a gothic novel twist her world turns inside out.

She is accused of murdering her fiancee. Except for one small detail. The man she is accused of murdering is not her fiancee.

Unknown to her she is being stalked by a serial killer whose one desire is to rid the world of L C Davenport and make certain in the process that she, not the serial killer, is blamed for the murder.

But L C is not living in a gothic novel and no handsome hero is riding to her rescue.

The closest thing she has in her world to a Prince Charming is a drugged out wannabe wise guy who thinks she is part of a CIA plot that killed his best friend. Now he wants revenge.

We intend to write a chapter every week.
